Order Cut-Off Times

Monday delivery → Order by 3:00pm Friday 

Tuesday delivery → Order by 3:00pm Friday 

Wednesday delivery → Order by 3:00pm Tuesday 

Thursday delivery → Order by 3:00pm Wednesday 

Friday delivery → Order by 3:00pm Thursday

Late orders may be accepted based on availability and may incur a 10% surcharge.

Order Confirmation

Orders are not confirmed until accepted by Ambient Food Group Catering. Payment is processed upon confirmation.

Payment Terms

All orders require 100% pre-payment unless otherwise agreed.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery

Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable

Final Quantities

Orders are final within 24 hours of delivery. Reductions are not permitted after this time.

Menu & Availability

Menu items are subject to seasonal and supplier availability. Substitutions may occur with notice where possible.

Dietary Requirements

We will attempt to accommodate dietary requirements but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure due to events outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ambient Food Group Catering is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
